What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?

Any person has the right to obtain information about the existence of the processing of his/her personal data, to access the information CANAGROSA holds, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or the interested party withdraws his/her consent.
In certain cases, the interested party may request the limitation of the processing of their data. In these cases we will only keep them in accordance with the regulations in force.

These forms must be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI. If acting through a representative, it must also be accompanied by a copy of the National Identity Card, in which case a document accrediting the representation must be provided.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or any other Supervisory Authority, in the event that you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed.
The maximum term to resolve is one month, counting from the effective reception of your request by us. However, depending on the complexity and number of applications, the deadline may be extended by another two months, after prior notice to the interested party of such extension.

What data do we collect through the website?

By providing us with his/her data through electronic channels, the user guarantees that he/she is over 14 years old and that the data provided to CANAGROSA are true, accurate, complete and updated. For these purposes, the user confirms that he/she is responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided and that he/she shall keep such information suitably updated so that it corresponds to his/her real situation, being liable for any false or inaccurate data he/she may provide, as well as for any direct or indirect damages that may arise.

Data stored by browsing and use of the Website

By the simple fact of browsing the Website, CANAGROSA will collect information regarding:

Similarly, when the Web Page provides the Google Maps utility, if you allow it, the utility may have access to your location in order to provide you with greater specificity about the distance and / or roads to our headquarters. The information that we handle, will not be related to a specific user and will be stored in our databases, in order to perform statistical analysis, improvements in the Web Page, about our products and / or services and help us improve our business strategy. The data will not be communicated to third parties.

User registration on the Web Page

In order to access certain products and/or services, it is necessary for the user to register on the Web Page. To do so, in the registration form, a series of personal data are requested. The necessary and obligatory data to carry out such registration are marked with the symbol [*]. If these fields are not provided, the registration will not be carried out.
The user and password generated are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for their safekeeping. We do not recommend that you write it down somewhere and that you do not notify it to third parties. The registration data of each user shall be incorporated into CANAGROSA's databases together with the history of transactions carried out by the same, and shall be stored until the registered user's account is deleted.  Once such account has been deleted, such data shall be removed from our databases, keeping them aside for 10 years those data related to the transactions carried out, without accessing or altering them, in order to comply with the legal terms in force. The data that are not linked to the transactions made will be kept for a period of 3 years unless you withdraw your consent in which case they will be deleted immediately.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of a contract between the parties, in which the user requests from CANAGROSA a series of products, services and/or utilities. In relation to the sending of communications and promotions by electronic means and the response to requests for information, the legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject.
The purposes of the treatment will be the following:

These personal data will be included in CANAGROSA's databases, which will keep them in order to answer the request and/or request for information and, after that, they will be deleted within 3 years.
The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the user who requests information, or has the need to maintain contact with CANAGROSA.

Work with us

In the event that you provide us with your Curriculum Vitae, either by means of the Web Site, by e-mail or physically at the domicile or any CANAGROSA office, it shall be included in its database. The curriculum will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
